Evan and Erika Wedding

In August 2024, I had the incredible opportunity to shoot a wedding reception for my friends, Erika and Evan. 2024, the year I bought a new camera for the first time in ten years with money pulled from my life’s savings. 2024, the year I decided, “I’m really doing this” after pursuing photography on and off again for so long. The fact that these amazing people asked ME of all people to shoot their wedding says a lot about their kind hearts and belief in my potential. Never mind the fact that I pulled up to the function with only one SD card and one camera battery (still blows my ever loving mind). Luckily ignorance is bliss and nothing went wrong! The night was filled with dancing and great food shared with an intimate gathering of close friends and family. I am so honored that Evan and Erika asked me to capture such a special day.
